The applications will be reviewed by the Neill Clinic Selection Panel, and selected based a wide range of criteria, including (though not exclusively):

• Racing experience – Club420 sailing weighted more heavily, but success in other classes is also reviewed
• High potential in less-experienced Club420 sailors
• Displayed motivation to become an accomplished sailor and willingness to learn
• Geographic diversity
